Holy crap I can’t believe I’m posting not just three times in one day but three times in a row in the feed - I really hope this isn’t gauche, I just am off work today and I’m blazing through these games quick and I like making a separate post for each one. This review will be super short, too!
This is a jigsaw puzzle game where the jigsaw puzzles are CGs from otome games. I don’t even think these otome games are on steam, funnily enough. As an added, creepy bonus, the boys from those otome games… watch you do the jigsaws and comment/encourage you. It’s this weird intersection of kind of sad and a little weird. I don’t like being watched when I do stuff, so having this 2d guy give me his opinions on what I should do next is like a personal hell for me.
The one cool little feature is this mode where there’s a few puzzle pieces set up already, and you’re given a puzzle piece to put down. It’ll always be attached to one of the ones that’s on the board already. That was speedy and fun and cute.
Next up: I’ve heard a lot about this. Time to explore an underwater world.

Oh, Aquaria is nice! Just beware that it’s a slow starter, and before you get your first real attack (being able to throw rocks at enemies does not count), it feels clunky. But after that, the game really opens up
Oh, I’m absolutely fine with that. My favorite game mechanic is exploration, so just because I’m not killing bitches right away it won’t bother me. I just hope it’s not stupid hard.
You need to kill things, and that’s kinda the problem, the throwing stuff around mechanic is a bit clunky. I nearly dropped the game because I feared that I would have to go through the entire game doing that, but luckily I kept playing.
But if you enjoy exploring, then you’re in for a treat. There’s a big world filled with interesting looking places to explore.

Don’t worry, the same has happened to me about all the posts because I like one per game, too xP I’m alllmost done by next one, but I mostly just need to idle it to finish this last achievement xP
I think they were doubling down on the ‘pretend this boy is your boyfriend’ thing but, like…. considering they only have like five different things to say it just came across as…. weird? Real weird?
Also - yay! Great! I just have seen the big multi-game posts as being more popular, I was hoping that the smaller, more frequent posts are okay, too.

It would probably be cuter if instead they were silent and just occasionally put a piece into the correct place as something, so it’s like you’re doing it together? Because if some guy just watched me do a puzzle I’d probably think he was a creep.
Yeah, I do a weekly update on Sundays but whenever I beat a game I like to give it it’s own post - that way I can post with the game fresh in my mind :)
