Alright. November is in the books. The surprise of the month for me was actually Frostpunk, which I didn’t think I’d enjoy as much as I did. Albatroz was right in my wheelhouse, being focused on hiking and a lot of what comes with that type of activity, plus a cool story as well. Chants of Sennaar is unlike anything else I’ve played and very much worth experiencing. Mirage was just good AssCreed fun.
I am also in chapter 5 or 6 of Judgement, a couple cases into Sherlock Holmes Chapter One, and in Chapter 3 of Tactics Ogre: Reborn. I’m really enjoying Judgement after what I’d consider to be a lackluster first chapter. Tactics Ogre is exactly in my wheelhouse and I’m having fun with it. Sherlock Holmes I don’t love, and holy hell is it a jank fest, but overall it is aight enough to keep playing.

November Retirements
- The Last FARMER - Broken in many ways.
- Bonesaw - Very cool, but a bit of a one trick pony.
- Operator8 - Well made Cyberpunky meets Tron-ish boomer shooter, but not my cup of tea.
- Archipelago: Island Survival - Clearly a labor of love, but too janky and too much tedium with the systems in place.
- IdleCoin - It’s just a stupid game, lol
- Frostpunk: On The Edge - I didn’t love aspects of this DLC. Namely the interactivity between communities.
- Blasted Road Terror - Very cool, but very dated UI that feels like it is working against you.
Games Paused This Month
- Metal Thunder - This game is awesome, but not yet feature complete. Only has one gameplay mode currently, early on in early access.
Plans for December
Wrap up Judgement, Ogre Tactics, and Sherlock Holmes. Finally get around to Djinn - The Forbidden Knowledge, and Monomyth. Beyond that, I intend to play Nobody Wants To Die, Rogue Waters, and Zero Sievert. But I’m sure plans will change, I’ll almost definitely fit in some short titles, and who knows what will really happen, lol.
