Let’s call this September’s progress…

Game Progress Type Short thoughts
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights Won’t play (6hrs) A beautiful and stylish Metroidvania with frustrating map design and progression. I will keep an eye to the sequel to see if these complaints are addressed.
Momodora: Reverie under the Moonlight Won’t play (1hr) A stylish pixel Metroidvania that just fell flat for me. Apparently quite short but nonetheless I did not want to continue.
Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator Completed Capitalist dystopia sci-fi body horror trading and markets simulator. I mean, doesn’t that immediately interest? Not the longest game (you can see most things in about six hours and reach an ending in one and a half), but highly enjoyable. Number go up, ethics optional.
Monster Hunter World Technically beaten/completed on PS4, but replaying ahead of Wilds Love this fuckin’ game. Cheating like hell to get my Steam save file to the state of my 500hr PS4 save, and I don’t care what you think. Convinced some friends to give it a try in hopes they’ll jump across to Wilds with me when that releases (provided our rigs can run it…). And when I’m playing co-op with friends, I won’t be cheating at all and using HR/MR-appropriate gear - just when doing solo hunts for save file progression.
Sunless Sea Unfinished Super interesting game, a trading vessel in the Fallen London setting. Not sure I’m going to replay it over and over again but I will certainly play until I see an ending/proper retirement, definitely interested in Sunless Skies.
