Backlog Assassination : May 2021

Half of the year is already gone, it’s super hot here so my fan is back under my desk, we’re currently preparing mosquito screens to let the windows open and placed a net on our super large balcony to allow our cats to roam outside without risking to fall. To be honest, being on the third floor and able to open windows on both side allows us to cool down the apartment pretty quickly even when we’re playing games and thus having both our computers becoming pieces of lava.

ANYWAY

It’s PRIDE MONTH !
Don’t mind me, I’m always excited about Pride as it’s the best moment for me to educate people and may do a special set of giveaways if I find appropriate games ♥ .

  • Purrfect Apawcalypse: Love at Furst Bite : This VN is making gore adorable and while the story seems to be short, there are a lot of endings, some of them allowing you to discover more about the characters. The price is really low and is the first of a trilogy now released on Steam (and available on itch.io as well).

I wish you a happy Pride Month and take the opportunity to encourage you to watch ContraPoints videos as she is a beautiful woman who speaks a lot about trans identity and other interesting topic.

Don’t forget to be kind towards yourself and if you feel “different”, don’t consider it as being something negative, do some researches and you’ll probably find out that there are more people like you than you think ♥ .

Thanks for the report, Ylthin! I actually really enjoyed Submerged, one of my favorite SG wins. I loved the graphics and just cruising around on the boat, or climbing up and down buildings looking for all of the secrets, upgrades, etc. No combat, no timed jumps, nothing to “worry” about. I found it a nice escape.

Happy Pride Month! As for your advice, I think I’m different, but in a statistically average way. :D

The problem with Submerge is that it’s a walking simulator in disguise, if you liked it, give a try to AER and maybe RiME :)
PS : We’re all different, that’s the point :D !

Trent

I’ve played and enjoyed both AER and RiME. =)
Vive la difference!

Hehe, how about Spirit of the North and Lost Ember ?

Trent

Both on my wishlist =)
