April’s Stats
aka. Backlog explosion
April is always awful for my backlog, and this year was no exception. Actually, I spent even less time playing this month even though I’m still stuck at home. Or rather, I’ve played quite a lot of things but finished very little of them. I’ve seen a lot of assassins have made huge progress due to the current situation, so congrats to all of you who did, and for the ones that are in my case, do not despair, things are what they are :) I just hope all of you and your loved ones are safe right now. Take care and have a good month!

ABC Challenge 2.0 Progress (2/27)
Finished this month: 0Clearly my most intense addiction these days. I had forgotten how good this game was (I hadn't play since the early days) and it has evolved a lot since then. I loved rediscovering everything and I have Skatrzoo to thanks for that (and blame for the addiction). I got myself the Bad Seed DLC, which is a nice addition but also harder than the base game. I still have a lot of hours ahead of me, so it'll probably appear in the played list of the upcoming months. Strong recommend for anybody who like satisfying roguelikes that play like a metroidvania.
A weird ARG that I only played to try and get a key for Moons of Madness, which I didn't after about 15 attempts, but Kaleith was nice and gave me his own key. I'm not gonna pretend I would have figured out what to do without a guide, that thing was way too complicated for my logic.
A cute and original puzzle game based on paper folding mecanics. It tells the story of a couple confronted to the problems of a long distance relationship. I really liked the game but it's only 3h long and the full price they ask for it is a bit steep. Keep an eye on it discounted if you like puzzles though, it's worth playing.
Oh my. A Fold Apart looks extremely lovely. Thanks for the recommendation! It’s on my wishlist now. :)
It’s a really neat puzzle game, just be aware of how much you wanna pay for it when it’s 3h long.
I’ll just quietly get jealous over Metro Exodus in this little corner and then again quietly leave.
Ps, what are your thoughts on it so far?
It’s really good so far (I have actually played a few more hours that I have to repeat as I started it on the xbox pass before my subscription expired. I like it a lot more than the previous games as it’s more open and you discover more things about the universe of the games (i won’t spoil). I think I remember you saying you liked the previous metro games, you should love this one.
A friend also told me that one of the DLC, Sam’s story, is really good, but i don’t have the season pass for now.
I do like the previous games and I have read all the books. I quite love the Metro franchise. From what I know and understand from its trailer the game follows the story of Artyom after the end of book 3, which is the final book in the series. And that book had a very intriguing ending so I can’t wait to see how the game follows it.
I’m glad you’re having a good time with it.
Are the books interesting? I like the universe more than games tbh, so i was considering giving the books a try.
I did not like the 2nd book at all but I think the 1st book is amazing and the 3rd book is also pretty good.
Thanks, I’ll try to read the first one when I’m done with my current book and see how i like it from there :3
Neo Cab is on my wishlist! I hope you enjoy it :)
Thanks, if anything it looks beautiful, and I love those narrative games in general.
