Fourth week of March

Here we go again with the weeks where I get nothing done, especially since I am starting to work again on Monday sigh. I did try to beat Faerie Solitaire Remastered but it keeps crashing on me even tho I had no problems with the original version :(

Another Lost Phone: Laura's Story - A snoop through a phone you just found game. It is quite short as it took me about an hour and half to finishing and I have read almost everything I came across. I did enjoy playing it.

I have very much enjoyed it. It is very really relaxing due to the fact there is no combat and you don’t have to worry that you will fall to your own death + I love old decayed buildings so it made it even better. The little bit of music there is its lovely (the first thing I always do in games is to turn off the music, not in this one) and the game looks nice. A few things that I would wish that this game would have is a sprint button, more stuff to collect and explore (you can’t explore all the buildings), the ability to go inside of buildings and that you could set a checkpoint on the map so you could orient yourself a tiny bit better. I also had another problem with it that I don’t think anyone else would. I have an irrational fear of deep water in video games (IRL I don’t, go figure that out), it is not a problem with all games but this one is one of those that triggered the fear. It got better after an hour or 2, but there were some parts of the map that freaked the hell out of me till I was done with it :(

Alexia Crow - Completed in November 2015. I have zero memory of this HOG. But from what I can tell it is pretty meh.

Sparkle 2 - Completed in December 2015. Fun match 3 Luxor/Zuma type of game. No complaints what so ever.

Life Is Strange - Completed in January 2016. Unpopular optinion ahead: I really liked the first chapter, but with every single folowing one the game turned out more and more shit and I hated both endings. I mean it is not a bad game in general and I can’t really point to the exact cause of why I did not like it as much as everyone else seemed to be, but it had something to do with Maxes behaviour? Felt too childrish? I can’t really tell. I watched someone play LiS: Before the Storm and it seems that in contrary to everyone else I liked that one way way more and I do wanna play it myself too… maybe when it gets bundled :D

12 Labours of Hercules IV: Mother Nature - Completed in February 2016. I wrote about the first 3 here. This one is just more of the previous ones and I find them really fun.

Plants vs. Zombies: Game of the Year - Completed in March 2016. I lost the count on how many times I have beaten this game on different planforms. It is an incredibly fun tower defense-ish game. I wish that they would make another one of this type insted of the Garden Warfare - while the 1st one was fun till it decided not to let me connect to any server ever again, I vastly prefer what the original one was.
