Main Quest #64 - 25 August 2019
A great mix of match 3 and combat/2d platformer. The animation and voice acting were well done and I really liked the hand drawing. I think the game needed more balance since there were matches that I would make a lot of mistakes and still win by a large margin, but then there were also matches that I did my best and still lose and would have to repeat. Despite that, it was a very fun game to play and unwind, although it could get quite tense sometimes. Definitely recommended.
I tried playing this a while ago to see if I’ll like it, but the controls were a bit hard for me. Did you use a controller?
Oh yes, I definitely used a controller and while playing on Normal I still lost some matches. I don’t know how different it would be with keyboard.
