DAVE THE DIVER

COMPLETED!

Amazing game, interesting unique mechanics, good music, good characters and specially really good animations and art, really good game

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary

Got the masterchief collection and decided to start from the beginning i already played CE and halo 2 when i was in high school but i honestly didn’t remember anything, the first one is good but nothing special, a bit too many enemies and the driving isn’t really for me, i get what they are trying to do but i never feel completely in control. Anyways despite this i think this is a good game actually and the new coat of paint really looks good

SteamWorld Dig 2

Really excellent metroidvania in every sense but is extremely short

Hypnospace Outlaw

Really cool game, simulating a 90s dream-like OS and your job in it as a sort of moderator, finding malicious software, harassment and all that kind of stuff it has a really good central plot but most of all is a really cool simulation of 90s forums and filled with personality and a lot of great music and art

Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath: Vengance of the Slayer

Now going from hypnospace outlaw to this was a no brainer is a classic style FPS ala Doom, based on one of the characters from hypnospace outlaw, its funny, has good weapons, good music and is really well designed all around the only downside is that it is pretty short

Return to Monkey Island

Amazing return for the monkey island series, still not quite pleased with the art style but aside from that its great, the puzzles are good challenging but fair, the music is amazing and the humor is as good as ever, i really liked the story in this one but feel that the ending, even though i understand what they are doing, is a bit of a cop out

Mountain

⛰️

GRIS

Really beautiful game, really artsy and mostly really linear and easy, couple of puzzles there but none too hard

DuckTales: Remastered

Really fun retro platformer, great music, mechanics are fun and the story is silly and funny. A saturday morning cartoon made videogame

Residue: Final Cut

Pretty short platformer with a nice story

XIII - Classic

Really great spy action game, reminds me a lot of no one lives forever but with a more subdued humor, mechanically it is really great. All the weapons and gadgets are fun to use, though I wish there were more gadgets. The story is pretty good and the music really fits this game, the aesthetic is also really cool

Shotgun King: The Final CheckmateShotgun King: The Final Checkmate

Pretty interesting take on a roguelike, strategy and thinking ahead is key and even though certain power ups make you a lot more likely to succeed it still feels like a challenge

Yakuza 3 Remastered

Making the change from the kiwami games to the remastered versions was kinda hard for me as its a stiffer game than the ones i played before, still its great, storywise i believe it was the one that i followed the most, almost making me cry. As for the game is still Yakuza, and that’s a great thing to be

I’m gonna show of a little here.
From “Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate” you only beat Rank 1? smirks I beat all 15 hehe Laughs of Pain
For real. You choice wisely to stop at 1, getting to 15 was more an RNG fest than a mind challenge. You need the RNG more for your bullets to hit than for the power ups. The upgrades are all mostly good, it’s just missing a bullet that can make the difference between surviving a turn or not. I would only recommend it if you are into gambling and hating yourself.

Btw could I ask you a favor? Now that you have played it, would you qualify the game as an “Action Rogue-Like”? You probably don’t right? The game has the tag in Steam and that annoys me. Could you report the tag with me please? I’ll take time, but I would like to gather enought people to take out the tag form the game.
