QUARTER BREAKDOWN
SEPTEMBER
The Month of Large Completions
Although I did not touch new games this month, I certainly crushed two massive games this month. Specifically Forza Horizon 4 that took me a good 200 hours to complete. Quite happy with my progress this time around.
That being said, I get to now move to the next and last quarter this month where I will tackle some interesting games I'm looking forward to play and complete by the end of the year.
Played: 201.7 hours | Achievements: 178/178
Very Long Completion
Very happy with this completion. I did find eventually the perfect car for me to complete the most difficult drift zones, the Hoonigan Ford Mustang. Excellent drift car. I kinda miss playing the game now that it's done.
Played: 46.8 hours | Achievements: 39/39
Medium Completion
Had a great time in the game. Really enjoyed the story. It was a bit tedious on the backtracking part where I had to revisit planets over and over again to get every chest, secret and other collectibles. Other than that, great time!
Played: 324.4 hours | Achievements: 152/152
Very Long Completion
Made a lot of progress this month going through the New Testament. Completed it and practically "beaten" the story. I'm left with some Catholic bible chapters which I had to revisit in the Old Testament. Glad to have completed it this month.
Very Short Completion
Rough game on the edges. The physics control, although looking hilarious and fun, causes a lot of frustration. I am playing this in short bursts as the more time I spend on it, the more exhausted I feel.
Very Long Completion
Great to have a return back to Yakuza. First thing I noticed is how little it feels that it has changed in terms of graphics and overall feel over Yakuza 0. It almost feels like Yakuza 0 actually did come first in development over this one.
I know it’s just code but it would have been nice to ask before copying my post design.
Hey man, I think I contacted you on this matter about 6 months ago. Didn’t mean to steal it. Previous post, I did give you full credit for the changes. If you want, I can modify it so it no longer looks like it’s yours. Although I did try to modify it as much as possible and introduce elements your style doesn’t have.
Here’s the comment I made on your post and given you credit.
Hi. I hadn’t seen your previous post and now that I have, I feel my comment was a little out of line. Feel free to use my design as a base for yours.
And congrats on beating/completing those games. I’m currently playing FH4 and while I won’t be able to complete it now, I’m still having a blast.
Not at all. I thought your design was amazing! The part that I like the most is that it’s much shorter and to the point than my previous design. This is why I wanted to modify it, so I thought about what you’re doing.
Obviously over time I wanna slowly convert it into something I make, but I’m trying to learn as I am no expert on coding and what got me through until now was copying what others did. I want to make it more fitting for mobile design as well as some stuff on the right side like the review and stuff is not visible for some reason, so I’ve got to design it such a way it’s fitting all types of screens.
Thank you for understanding and I apologise for misunderstanding. 🙏🏻
If you still want to complete FH4 just know that you have to roll back the date during that period when the seasonal events were happening and you can actually do the achievements. But of course that’s all up to you. I was hard at it and manage to get it in the last wave. Really happy about it. 😁
Man’s out here beating The Bible. Mad respect.
Thanks, dude! I appreciate it! 🫂
If you don’t mind me asking, is that directly related to your faith or were you interested in the text outside of belief?
Related to my faith. I’ve became a born-again Christian ~1 year ago.
That sounds wonderful. I hope you found what you were looking for :)
Yes. I sought and I found. I knocked and I got answered.
