Notes

And with that, another year of backlog fighting has ended! 35 games were completed/beaten but 85 more have been added… I went too crazy with shopping, especially in December and my awesome Secret Santas from TalePlay and PAGYWOSG contributed to that also xD And I didn’t spend enough time playing since this year I’ve also been tackling my movie, TV show and book backlogs. Add TF2 which kept (and still keeps!) a firm grasp on me and all the work done on BLAEO+ and you can easily see why there wasn’t enough progress this year :P

I’ve also recently upgraded my GPU on my main PC and gave Linux a try now that I have an AMD card. The Deck proved to me that Linux handles gaming really well thanks to Proton but now I want to see how it works when I use it as a daily driver. Other than not being able to change settings of my Logitech mouse, it’s good so far :)

As for BLAEO+, more updates are planned this year - such as a Steam store integration which will show more data from Steam (like review scores, tags, categories like Steam Achievements, Steam Trading Cards, Steam Workshop etc.), a tag list maker which will let you automatically add games to lists by Steam tags (PAGYWOSG members will like this one!), a way to bulk delete remove games and I will also look into a SteamHunters integration which will let you see median completion times for games as well as use that stat for making lists instead of using HLTB times.

That’s all for now. Here’s to 2024!

Congratulations on all of your assassinations!!! ᓚᘏᗢ
Looks like you had a pretty entertaining three months!! What game are you looking forward to playing the most in 2024?

Thanks! Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth for sure!! I played the demo that shipped with Gaiden and I’m really excited for it, especially the gameplay additions, story, the setting of Hawaii and the overall scale of the game, as it’s supposed to become the largest game in the series.
