Which one was your favorite? I loved Subnautica, Below Zero was super cool!!!

Thanks! Well gotta say that might have hard time to pick favorite, so many strong titles in this one.

However Voidigo was probably best one that have played from it’s respective style and genre, absolute blast and seems like it has been getting noted, but certainly deserves more recognition.

Lords of the Fallen even with mixed reviews is actually surprisingly good game that probably has one of the best risk and reward systems around. Honestly feel like if it would have Fromsoft tag on it, people would pee honey and shite gold. :D However there are crashing issues, Remnant II had some as well. Not too hopeful towards Unreal Engine 5 due this. Lords of the Fallen feels very close to Dark Souls 3 in comparison.

Chroma Squad had probably one of the best squad combowombo systems around. Also very nice cheeky tone homaging towards Power Rangers.

Lunacid was good homage towards King’s Field by solo dev. (From Software’s older game, the one considered grandfather to souls)

Roboquest as a shooter probably works for massive playerbase, difficulty setting and amount of weapons along with new classes makes it pretty solid to runs several times through.

Subnautica is good diving and exploring game. Didn’t enjoy so much when going towards depths, but otherwise pretty neat experience.

Road 96 was better than expected, enough scenarios and interesting characters. Killer was made so that he feels like deranged and can’t really know when shit hits the fan.

Chernobylite was far more beautiful looking game and more in depth and style. Though can get bit repetitive.

STASIS: BONE TOTEM was clear step up in quality and robotoy character wasn’t utter nuisance while did expected so at first. (Previous gaming experiences taught that).

Bang-On Balls: Chronicles was far more realized experience than first thought. Nice worlds which gotten several updates and probably more to come. Probably good for LEGO games enjoyers, but in even better format.

Dread X Collections 2, 3, 4 are all far better than 1. 2 and 4 being favorites. 4 is purely shooters, but all were pretty good to solid experiences along with hub being homage to The Thing which is probably one of the best horror movies from personal view. 2 had really good games from which later on full versions were made too along with nice hub area. 3rd had some good some meh, hub was kind of ok, but kind of not. Games weren’t really horror.

Guess could go on and on, but think that’s enough, can say that enjoyed all of those and others as well. Except Pound of Ground, couldn’t really recommend it to anyone. :D

Happy New Year! :)

Comparing Lords of the Fallen to Fromsoftware.. Must be good!!! I never got into Darksouls but I’m planning on Picking up Elden Ring.. eventually.
Thank you for all your game descriptions! I’m hoping to get more into FPS games, it’s not my favorite genre but Fallout 4 and 76 are letting me test it out. I’ve never taken a second glace at Chernobylite until now, perhaps in the future when I’m braver I can have a positive experience like you did. I’m struggling with SOMA.

It honestly is really good Souls title, they are actively updating it, but think they should optimize and fix it tad more too. Funnily enough Elden Ring was mixed reviews for few first months and got copy meself as happenstance. It had some memory leak issues and so on hence hoppotikloppoti (horse trotting) through the terrain. Great experience nonetheless and think many complaints from non Fromsoft games could be applied to their titles, but people look them with rose-tinted glasses or how it is said. :D Still so far liked all Souls titles they have put out. Dark Souls II has special spot for me, even if it got good lot of backlash. :)

FPS is personally one of the favorites, though not really surprise, as first game that did play was Doom/Ultimate Doom. There for sure are variety of titles to look at there (Severed Steel, Singularity, Titanfall II, Blood Fresh Supply and many more). Think Chernobylite is mostly scavenging game and about making right choices, but going in field will also require combat from time to time or one can just stealth away too. Psyche takes hit if killing too many people, but meds work on that.

Fallout 4 was personally the hype killer game for me and was so disappointed with it, but it’s not a bad game for sure. Gotta play it again at some point in the future along with season pass which haven’t even touch. After such great expansions in FO3 and FNV they make some garbage Sims stuff packages, damn it! :F

Will give you the best tip for SOMA, look away! Huddle in corner and don’t look at them, scoot next to wall. Remember it being quite safe even if character looks like they are having stroke. :D Best title from Frictional Games for sure, next would pick Penumbra’s and at last spots beloved by people Amnesia’s.
