My epic backlog fight - Report #13
Two games this time :D First of all HUGE THANKS goes to Daerphen from whom i won INSIDE :D Damn that game was sooooo good <3 Now i feel a bit guilty that i have’t played it ealier, but as always Maths stopped me :D The atmosphere was amazing, the puzzles were somewhat challenging (some were hard, some were really easy). The mechanics were great :D So much fun with controlling other people XD Also that secret ending was dope. For now it’s the best game i’ve played this year :D If you have it in your library and haven’t started it yet, then surely give it a go and experience this masterpiece by yourself :D With Hotel Blind i had to use old version of this game, as currently the achievement is broken :( You can easily download the old depot via steamconsole. If you want to know how to do it, here you have reddit post. Nothing really to say about the game itself, you can complete it within 10 min. It’s just a black screen with messages popping up. The whole point of the “game” is to complete several objectives and get out of the room. It could have been a good game, but it failed at nearly every step xD :( Also unreal engine for a black screen game??? AYFKM?

And perhaps as a little explanation for Hotel Blind: I guess you still need a 3D world, even with a black screen. Or else how should the game tell, where you are, and which sounds to be played at what location. So imo it is not so strange to have the Unreal Engine for this game :P
I had lost all hope of getting that Hotel Blind achievement. Glad to know that someone finally found a way to do it. Thanks for the heads-up.

Download the game –> open steamconsole –> type “download_depot 457690 457691 3133430200216711230” (without “”) –> wait for it to download, you won’t see the progress, it will take a while, after the download is completed you should see in the console, where the files were downloaded –> just replace the game files with the one you’ve downloaded –> launch the game –> finish all objectives –> dance, when you get the achievement (most important step :D)
