Road to Victory #23
Been quite a while since my last update. I tend to get lazy and not care about writing stuff for games and just play. So lets just get to what I’ve been doing.
Oceanhorn
Finished this off last night. It was a fun game and took me about 20 hours to knock out. I didn’t get 100% on the cheevos as the ones for fishing irritated me and I just didn’t care. I wrote up a review you can read here. Definitely a game worth playing.
The screenshots from this game and yours included always make me happy somehow just looking at them. Glad to read in your review that it was enjoyable. I have this in my library - looking forward to playing it someday.
It is indeed a fun game. :)
I don’t recall the fishing achievements being that bad. :s
Its not very hard to get the 100% achiev. Only the last fish (electric) has some difficult. And its indeed, this game is very funny, a “must have” for zelda lovers.
Oh I know they are not hard but when I have to deal with the crappy fishing mechanic of back and forth and dealing with fish I’ve already caught I just don’t care. Plus I don’t really try to hard to 100% games anymore. If I really love a game and and it’s really fun trying to get them all then I may do it.
I just got burnt out on achievement hunting back when the 360 started them. I was a cheevo whore and would 100% every game I possibly could. This cause me to hate games for a while.
I understand, i love xcom but i wont hunt the 100% in this game
You got past the plant boss? Kept falling through the floor when I faced it, and just uninstalled the game out of frustration.
If you were trying to hit him while his tentacles were still up then that may have been the problem. Destroy the tentacles and then his head falls to expose a red ball to hit.
That was what I did, but when I tried to hit the red ball, I would just fall through the ground instead.
That sucks. Wonder why that kept happening.
The game is known for having a bunch of serious bugs. Some people make it through just fine, others can’t beat it due to those bugs.
