In other news, still don’t have 200 perfect games and I’m still stuck at 46 % never played. But at least my never played SG wins is down. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve heard so many great things about it, but as Formidolosus, I sadly don’t have enough time for such a big project. Have fun with it!
My Steam stats have been around “1.7 hours past 2 weeks” this whole year. I know what you mean about not having the time and that kinda scared me about getting Factorio. Oh well, at least I’m not going to spend money on more games (ha!) when Factorio is going to last me for the next 700 years.
But then I thought about Caesar III and how much similar playing Factorio feels on some base level and the fact that I’m still playing Caesar III after what, 15 years… Might as well jump in with Factorio now while it’s 20€ and consequences be damned.

I lost many friends to Factorio, RIP
Oh don’t worry too much, I’m finally at the point where I think I’ve “finished” Factorio. No backlog hindrance at all. A few weeks ago for the first time I thought “this is as big as it can get, from here on it’s all copy&paste”. Took only 400 hours.
…well ok there’s still smaller stuff I could optimize. Oh and I’m still missing a few achievements. And I’ll most likely start over (again) when there is a major update … ok maybe not finished. This game is so worth every cent :D

Sums up my fears exactly! :D I’m just the kind of person who would spend 15 hours tweaking two pixels because they ‘could work better’. I mean, I built the tutorial set-ups several times because they just looked dumb… Oh boy. I’m scared. Please send help.
Is there a Factorio addiction support group? Good thing my boss promised me extra days off on asking basis after my 7 weeks were all spent. He didn’t know what he was doing.
