how come…sims is showing achievements? O.o

Sims 3 has achievements? Trying to look at your achievements or global stats sends me to community hub and for example AStats shows nothing, are those achievements available only to you or what?

Is there a way to connect different DLCs on Steam, to play them in one game?

Friend firstly bought SIMS 3 + animals, and then some other DLCs. And said that she can’t use both in one gameplay.

this her pc not steam I use all dlc together and the game works fine. she need to improve her pc to 8 ram and better graphic card
