A huge boost to my AVG Game %.
Since my last update, I've dedicated some effort into raising my AVG Game %. Therefore, I've focused on completing new, quick titles and completing games I've only before beaten.
I recommend all these games if you're looking for a quick challenge and a boost to you completion rate. Above of all, most of them were really fun to beat too. I strongly recommend Year Walk, The Last Door and The Lion's Song (the last of which I beat only the first chapter, the only one that is available for now – and for FREE).

Meaning to beat these for a long time.
I had been stuck on both games until very recently. Between Me had an outrageously clunky inventory interface that made it very hard to play on a 360 controller. Ever since acquiring my Steam Controller, I was able to play it and beat it. I'll have to revisit is soon for all the achievies. As for Fox & Flock, I was just dumber before and couldn't get past one puzzle level. In the end, it proved to be quite simple – with a fantastically executed soundtrack.

A "place of power" in The Witcher 3.
...The Witcher 3!
During the recent Witcher franchise sale, a couple of weeks back, a Steam friend of mine gifted me with one of the best games I've ever played, The Witcher 3. The friend in question goes by little'bird, and I've got so much to thank her for! I've been having heaps of fun.
If you're fond of a great storytelling, RPGs and/or lore, it's past time you give TW3 a shot! However, I believe most of you already had the pleasure.
This is my first look into any Witcher game and I'm playing on the "Story and Sword" difficulty. It's chill enough, and I'm loving all the exploration bits. Gotta kill those darn "?s"!

Succeeding!
I've had a considerable avg. game completion rate increase since I last prowled about in here! That is a good indicator that I've been beating and completing many of my games, and succeeding on the path of the true Backlog Assassin.
Yeah, it’s always nice to see the progress in numbers like your completion rate, as you mentioned. Same thing on this website, it’s been motivating to see actual progress from the stats. :) Have fun with your next targets!

Awn, sorry to hear that. But don’t push yourself too hard. I sometimes turn to reading or TV shows or movies to relax, instead of gaming. Maybe you just need to look for something else to occupy your free time with for a bit, and then come back to backlog assassination (:
Yup, I’ve got used to it too, it happens some times. I guess its time to catch up on some tv shows, animes and books. And movies? I was kinda addicted to them and watched like 100 movies in 2014 and now in the sum of 2015 and 2016 I haven’t even watched 60? It just takes too much time on one sitting to see it xD i’m lazy like that
Hahaha I know that feel, bro. I’ve watched 87 movies this year. I want to get to 100 by the end of it! But we’ll see about that.
Also, in regards to TV shows, I’m very addicted to Black Sails and Westworld. You should definitely give them a try if you haven’t already! And there’s a really good website to keep track of your TV shows too! Cheers and good relaxation.

Black Sails is on my to-watch list and I’m currently watching Westworld too (even though I’m late by a week). For tv shows I use banco de series (é parecido a esse mas brasileiro) and for animes, mal is the winner for me.
I’ve just finished “The Girl on the Train” (the book) and plan to watch the film too later on. I’m currently going through (for the first time) all the HP books and re-watching all the films too.
The backlog is real, and not only in games!
