This has been a better week for me on a personal level, but as far as video games it has a pretty lite week. I only got in about 10-15 hours of game time, which is a bit disappointing. But in the overall scheme of things it isn't a big issue. As far as wins, I was so excited that I got Steamworld Heist this week off of Steamgifts. Really freaking excited about it, I haven't started it but I fully expect to this upcoming week.
This leads me to the question I have this week for all of you, what game have you been most excited about winning in Steamgifts and why?

Betrayer. I entered hundreds of giveaways to win this one and I screamed in happiness when I won. It ended up being featured in a “make your own bundle for 1 dollar” type of deal on a website some weeks after that. I could have easily bought it for myself if I had kept losing it :P
The game has amazing art. Just watching some gameplay videos made me feel sure that I’d enjoy it a lot. Stealth is also an option (always a massive plus in my book) even though it doesn’t work properly but I loved the game so much. It has a very dark story too. It’s one of my proudest wins :D
Hahaha, I totally overlooked this game. Not sure it is my cup of tea, because I typically ignore games with the horror and/or stealth tags. But the game seems to have a very awesome art style.
So you become better? Good for you!
About you question:
Unepic. It was my first wishlist win. At that time I didn’t get used to SG wins and was really exiting to get smth from wishlist. I hope I don’t sound like a jerk :( Game, btw, is pretty good with lot of humor.
Doing much better. Thanks! UnEpic sounds like an awesome win!
Congratz!

I just won fallout 4. I’m really excited to try it next month. I’ve played New Vegas a ton of times. One of my favorite games and my definitely favorite fallout. (I have to finish february’s batch first)
Nice! I started playing it while I was waiting to build my new PC on my PS4. Had to borrow it from a friend, it was pretty good.
Hey man, glad to hear it’s turning for the better.
For me, it was both the most exciting one because I hadn’t played many GTA-style games in general and also one of the more disappointing ones because of how the game turned out - Watch Dogs. Shame.
Ah man… Watch Dogs. I played that on my PS4, didn’t even finish the main story… Good concept, missed execution. I got Watch Dogs 2 when I ordered my new graphics card, I have heard its better but I didn’t get into it because I many more games that I would rather play.
This might be one of those Vanilla and Chocolate moments.
Have you tried any of the Saints Row series? I think they are pretty good for the GTA feel, but they are totally even more over the top then GTA.
I tried Saints Row 2 ages ago, but it ran horrendously on PC so I didn’t really stick with it. Now there’s a massive that fixes and improves the game so who knows. I might check it out again some day.
Yeah I never got Saints Row 2 working properly on any of my machines.
