The Council
Released: 03.2018
Wishlisted: 06.2018
Turned out that it was Bethesda that had best discounts on my wishlist. So I ended with 2 stealth games, 1 FPS + The Council.
I will start to write when game was released and when I wishlisted it, to see how big delay I have between game release and buying it. Here we have 1,5 - 2,5 year after putting game on wishlist. Which I think is fine. Though could be shorter as price is pretty much locked after game hits -75% for first time.
I will also start to write in my updates how long have pass from when I add game to my library, to when I beat it. Looks in horror on Pillars of Eternity
I will post my sale stats this weekend (I hope). I beat really small number of games this year, so I will focus on adding to my library games I want to play. Not because “it looks interesting” like I was before. I don’t have time to play medicore games anymore :D
Also Happy New Year! :D

Nice idea with the release / wishlist day, but for me it would be too much shameful as I have some games on wishlist for years and can’t bring myself to buy them. o_o
All the best in the New Year! :)

Thankfully I have short WL, so it does not take me that long to buy game. But I play games ~2 - 3 years after release.
I’d want to lower it to like 1 - 1,5 year, so after game is properly patched but not before all the hype is already gone.

Turned out that it was Bethesda that had best discounts on my wishlist.
I almost can’t believe how stingy they usually are with their discounts. Or at least if you already own the base game and now just want the DLC, but that’s a rant for another time. ;)
Looks in horror on Pillars of Eternity
I know that fear very well. It’s been… TWO YEARS since I technically “started playing” Pillars of Eternity. No luck since.

I’m trying! Today I played it for 15 min :eyes:
But I lowered combat difficulty to “no difficulty”, as I was not enjoying it. Felt more like hassle.
Every one of those games you bought is quality. Death of the Outsider was probably my favorite of the four.
Thanks :D Yeah, those games are in general considered to be good as they were not developed by Bethesda :hehe:
