Didn’t beat anything else, so no assassinations for me. Luckily my backlog hasn’t grown any either (I must be in the bottom 80 active users for luck on steamgifts at this point 😅)
In January I hope to maybe finish Hollow Knight? I feel like I’m somewhat close..
You didn’t beat many games, but you played the one that you had to play. Hollow Knight is so fricking good. And hard, but in a fair way. I lost track of how many times I had to fight the Soul Master before beating it, but it was so satisfying! Nosk was the only one I had to cheese and could not beat fair and square. The Mantis Lords are still my favorite fight
The Mantis Lords is also my favorite boss fight now. It’s a really good introduction to the “real” fights with patterns and reactions. But not as boring as say, the Traitor fight.
Generally the hornet fights are also good though! I think I did Nosk much later than I should’ve, but it was definitely pretty hard to get a hit in while it was flying around off-screen!
Agreed - the Hornet fights also rock hehe I did like the Broken Vessel fight too, although it ended before I realized what was happening. I hated hated hated that fight against the six rolling beetles lol

Don’t expect to finish Hollow Night in January if you’re aiming to 100% it, one of those endings is spicy. I really need to get back into it!! I did the bad ending first and set it aside for other things and got lost.
