Main Quest #25 - 12 February 2019

Maybe it was the fact of having loved the second entry in this series but Saints Row: The Third actually kinda let me down. It’s a game that doesn’t take itself seriously but it feels a little unfinished, with some game-breaking bugs that made me repeat whole missions and some dialogue aspects and mechanics that didn’t feel quite where they should be. When it ended I was glad I was done with it to say the truth, and I don’t know if I’ll play the DLC’s later or not (since I’m not in the mood to play them now).

It’s sad you didn’t enjoy it that much, I’m with Cece here and enjoyed a whole lot more SR3 and 4 compared to SR2. Though I played both 3 and 4 in coop so that might be why. Though, I don’t remember any game-breaking bugs. But maybe we were lucky.
Oh interesting, I actually prefer 3 and 4 which as you said doesn’t take it self seriously. I can totally get why though for certain people like you that number 3 could be a disappointment since it started to take a different path for their games
