March report
Overall progress
Okay this time, I think I’ve really done a good job. I finished a ton of games, completed two of them, and played much more than I should have :D
My favorite ones are probably Caves of Lore and My Friendly Neighborhood. Both were really excellent!
Wall of shame
Sadly I could not progress enough on this one. I probably made it until half of the game, but skill issues got the best of me to the point I abandonned :(
Completed
I really liked this one. Fun game where you necro everything with every part you find. Finding secret recipes was really fun. And the humour was nice too!
I think we all have the same image of narrators. They're benevolent, or at least neutral, people who just want to move the story forward to please their audience. I don't have that image any more after playing A juggler's tale.

So all in all, not a bad month I’d say. Now I need to beat a lot of games in April too, to keep the backlog a little at bay.
Till next time :)

Fantastic job, congratulations

Thanks a lot !

Wow you’re a real machine that’s a lot of games beaten ! :o

I had some time in March, and most of the games were pretty short. But yeah, I’m pretty satisfied. Thank you very much !
AoW Planetfall is one of my olders wins. How good was it? I’m always terrified of starting because 25 hours is a huge commitment …
Other than that, a lot of familiar games! Prodigal, Steamworld Dig and Demon Turf are all on my backlog, and 198X, Plucky Squire and Caves of Lore on my wishlist. Superliminal is one of my favorite games althought it has little replayability. Did you enjoy it?
So , Planetfall is good, but it’s also a bit difficult to enter in. The lore is nice, but as in many 4xs, you have a lot to understand by yourself about mechanics (for example, “capturing” a land requires many things that are not told directly and you have to learn by trial and error). The story is nothing special, but the voice acting is pretty neat.
I see we love the same kind of games. I can’r recommend enough Caves of Lore and Plucky Squire . But I also had a great time with Steamworld Dig and Prodigal. A little lest with Demon Turf, but I suck at platformers.
Superliminal was really awesome. I loved the fact you could not trust your perceptions, and that you needed to think out of the box. It’s made in a really clever way !
