Side Quest #12 - 16 July 2020
Approximately 2 years since I played Brotherhood, I’ve finally played AC: Revelations. I’ve been playing one AC game per year (played Origins in 2019), but I’ll see if I can change that this year and make some actual progress on the franchise (I own almost all of them, only missing 2 if I’m not mistaken).
I didn’t have many expectations, but this was quite okay. A fitting end to the Ezio trilogy, which I quite enjoyed. I’m actually interested in the whole Animus story, but I don’t think they explore it that much onwards (talking from my Origins experience). I can only wait and discover for myself.
1, 2, brotherhood, revelations, and 3 are when they heavily explore the animus storyline. Somewhat in Black Flags and Rogue too I believe. They did drop it in more recent games. I really enjoyed the Ezio Trilogy so it’s neat to see other people playing them!
Nice, thanks for your answer! Rogue and Odyssey are the ones I’m still missing, so I can still play quite a few of them until I need to buy one.
I’ve also heard good things about them when they were released, but I only had a Wii and a laptop with no dedicated gpu at the time. Hence only starting playing them (and “any” game in 2015/2016, when I got a laptop for university which had a dedicated gpu).
