ABC List: Round 1
I put together an ABC List. I expect to work on this mainly when I don't like the monthly theme or run out of Challenge Me games. Or maybe when I just need a break. I expect I may need to go through the alphabet multiple times.
In the process of making this list, I rediscovered a lot of games I really, truly wanted to play but completely forgot about.
The Rules
Deal with one game I think I won't like per ABC game I complete. I have a lot of questionable games I activated from bundles thinking I would at least sell the cards- I added a Vote column to my list in this post. If anyone happens upon this post, feel free to vote for/recommend one or a few games I have left to finish. I will prioritize games that people mention in the comments here.

I have never even touched most of them. I tried not to pick games I thought would be super long or unending for this first time. Here are a couple that stand out as interesting to me:

I have played Knee Deep and liked how different it was - the third time round it was pretty dull though headtable
Also: Murdered: Soul Suspect! That one was great! Imho ;)

Quest for infamy is also nice (I loved the Quest for glory series) and I (similarly to stef) couldn’t get into Else heart break.

Glad you decided to join the ABC challenge too. Out of the games on your list I only played Murdered: Soul Suspect and I enjoyed it. Vote +1
PS: If it gets too annoying there’s a mod in the steam guides section to disable demon detection.

I really enjoyed Layers of Fear would recommend. :)
I didn’t love Never Alone as much as I’d hoped, set it down and never finished the last half really gotta push myself to. But it is a gorgeous game. Good luck with your list!
Oh, I really liked Stacking!!! It really charmed me. I think the mechanics are very cute and it’s an underrated gem. Definitely +1
I’ve played and enjoyed Never Alone, Year Walk, and Three-Fourths Home.

As for votes I’ve only played 2 of the games of the list so I’ll avoid suggesting stuff :3
I know this is an old post, but I just wanted to say I have played two of the games you haven’t gotten around to: Oceanhorn, and Witch’s Pranks. I enjoyed both of them, though I don’t know if I’d recommend Witch’s Pranks, per se, unless you’re into HOGs.
Also, I like this ABC idea, I might steal it for a challenge for myself :)

I’ll vote for 199x because its a short and nice little rpg-maker game. It’s about 2 hours so it’s a nice start to your list :)
I tried getting into else.heart.break multiple times but it was difficult to get into. Hopefully you’ll have more luck then me.
I have some programming knowledge and experience, but not too much, so I’m hoping that will help the game be a reminder and fun practice of what I’ve previously learned.
199X is one of those games I’m ashamed of for not having played yet. I knew it was something I wanted to play, and I knew it was only a couple of hours long, yet it’s still collected dust in my library for at least 2-3 years. Thanks for your suggestion.
