Well I ended up winning cosmic shake on the 22nd which gave me a big boost to play the other spongebob and then my secret santa ys games. This was also the month I finished every single sakura game but in 7 days we get another one which is good I need more for my collection
Late edit to bring up my progress bar. Completely skipped my mind and while my never played didn’t really go down at all with the extra games I got I still made an extra 4% in 3 months
Favourite of the month could go to pretty much every single game here but I’ll give it to the bikini bottom spongebob. Cosmic shake was great but I enjoyed the different fighting styles with patrick and sandy. I do also see that there is a patrick game coming out very soon it clearly was destined to win

I didn’t realize the Ys’s games weer so short, might get to them earlier than expected.
Yeah the original ones are quite short. The median time is like 16 hours for completion but I wasn’t playing it on easy like suggested. Made doing time attack a breeze since they went from being nightmares to little bunny rabbits. Why you no attack me big head! You were humping me in the corner on nightmare!
Oh you’ve played the original Ys games. Did you like them? Also did you like attacking without an attack button? :)
These are my favourite, wish they did more 2D games.
Yeah I liked them, I’m glad they got brought because while I did want them they weren’t on my list to get any time soon. I might’ve played zwei again realised I didn’t like it after my 2nd chance and went nah to YS. I’m definitely gonna go ahead and get the other games as I do also own origin but decided to save that instead of doing that in my last 2 days remaining
Also having played evoland it didn’t bother me. The bump system may not be for everyone but I don’t mind it. I did have to reset a few times though from being pushed into a corner which did make me slightly upset but I should’ve saved more so it take just as much blame
Yeah, Origin is quite longer since it has 3 character playthroughs, though one playthrough length is kinda similar to Ys I. I like the fact that even Origin can run on my potato PC, I like how lightweight these games are. By the way there is an old anime for first 2 Ys games, kinda like a documentary for the game.
Bump system is kinda odd but it’s great once you get used to it, fun to play with and I can almost say rhythmic.
If you mean the first Zwei game, yeah it didn’t age well. I’ll try to get into it again some time later too. But the second game is similar to Ys Origin and I liked it very much.
Yeah I saw its like a tower game which was interesting and the whole 3 character part. This was partly why I decided to just wait since ys 2 was a proper killer with its layout and I wanted to focus on sorting things out for this month.
Yeah I remember reading about zwei 2 and how its so much better when I tried the original almost 2 years ago.

Well we used to have it on blaeo actually where people would sign up to buy a random person a game. The limit would be like 10-20 quid so you could buy someone a 50 quid game if it went on sale less then the max amount or maybe buy multiple smaller games
This one though was done in the play a win, pop server though as nin stopped doing it over here in blaeo
