A cry for help
Sooo, I kind of made a post a few hours ago, stating my progress in the past few months (yes months, it’s quite a timespan).
Anyways, I just realized that I didn’t make any plans on what to play next. Sure, I will just be playing multiplayer/co-op games as usual, but I suppose I should set some goal or at least have a game to work on next. Soooo, I’ll take suggestions! If you have some time, I would like to hear a suggestion. Please keep it to 1 suggestion per person, so I know it’s the best game you can think of (in my backlog)! I’ll try and work through them in the order they were suggested!
Thanks for your time, and have a good one!

Here! Have a cat for motivation! And a link to my games list!
CUTE CAT <3
Now you’ve got my attention… Hmm, VVVVVV? Seems like a game you normally wouldn’t play. But I really liked it, so you should play. :P
Hmm, platformers are games I don’t usually stay away from, but not ones that I neccesarily get drawn toward neither. If you say it’s a good one, I’ll give it a shot :)
Also, game beat. Not 100%, but holy hell, that would take ages. Twas quite a nice game. Rough, but nice. Thanks for the suggestion! Moving on to the next one now!
But that cat is drawing all my attention to it ;)
I went through your Won on Steamgifts List and saw you haven’t played Jurassic Park. I finished it recently and enjoyed it. A movie with quick time events. Shouldn’t take only a couple of hours to finish and maybe some more to get every achievement.
Limbo. It’s very nice and rather short (and dark) which is good for a start :) Though it might be hard to get all achievements.
Good thing I’m not an achievement hunter, and I’m just going to be going for the beat and not the complete :3
I wouldn’t say it’s very best of what you have, as I went though your Never played only to narrow down selection, but you can check out Tengami. It’s short, pretty & relaxing, and I wrote few words about it here. There might be better ones, but I can’t recommend something I didn’t play. Also this one should be easy to start with & fast to beat giving you a nice boost in morale to combat other stuff.
Besides, I think we have wildly different tastes, as most of your never played games I wouldn’t be interested in the first place, so I couldn’t recommend any of them either and I don’t think guessing which of those is an objectively nice game would do you any good ;)
Aaand there we go, Tengami completed. 100% even! That was a superb easy and quick 100%. Only 1 hour! Thanks for the suggestion!
As for my never played games… I used to (actually still do) claim all the bundle games and free games that I can get, so most of those is just bundle trash that I don’t neccesarily intend on playing unless someone tells me it’s a nice game :)
To be honest, Tengami was one of those :)
Don’t worry, I don’t join SG gibs for the +1 to my library. I only join SG gibs that I have an interest in playing
First of all I don’t like your link showing like 750+ games and you ask us choose. Ain’t nobody have time to go through such a long list of games. I will suggest you creating a custome list with the games you might want to play and after all that ask us chose from that list. Thank god there is Won on SG default list, so I chosed from there. I’m voting for The Banner Saga it’s a great game a bit slow paced and I think you would simply ignore my suggestion.
Hey, I gave a cat for motivation! And the thing is, I want people to suggest the best game they can think of, because I myself have absolutely no idea what game I should play next. If you want you could look at my unfinished list. It’s games I’ve started at one point and never finished. That’s the only thing I can say to narrow it dow n :)
Cats have zero power over me, if you gave a dog on other hand it would motivate me for real.
You could go with Dracula 4 & 5 and The Witcher 2 for the monthly theme, if you wanted to ;)
MORE ROCKET LEAGUE :D Otherwise The Beginner’s Guide is a really nice walking simulator :) Or yeah the Bioshock :)
I’ve actually already beat The Beginner’s Guide (twice). Is it not marked as complete? Well shit. I’ll do that then!
Bioshock is done btw.
As for Rocket League, I’m not sure when I can actually call that game “beat”, so I won’t be doing that :)
Ohh sorry it was marked as “not played” :) How did you find it ? :D (i guess i know already if you played it twice :P)
Um… I read about it somewhere I believe. It’s the same maker as The Stanley Parable (which I’ve also played, but don’t own), which is fucking amazing imo. Because it was the same maker as The Stanley Parable it instantly had my attention. I first tried it out and really liked it. Then it was in a humblebundle, so I really wanted to get it then. I joined lots of gibs for it to try and win it, and eventually I did, so I played it again. It’s one of those games I just want to own. It was a nice game, although, not what I had expected at first, and definitely not as good as The Stanley Parable, but still nice.
Devil Daggers muahahahaha kidding
Shiiiirl, you have so many games, and is so hard to choose just one T-T
Bioshock was already suggested to you.. I would suggest Dead Space, but you have enough FPS for now, well, give Darksiders a try… an amazing Hack ‘n’ Slash, with a good story and great combat.
That is a long list, so I just take the first: Adventures of Shuggy. In store page this does not look like something special, but it is a great game, though platformers is not my preferred genre.
There are a lot of games with low playtime which I don’t know if you really played them and just lost interest. Since we have only one vote I will go with an oddball. Go back to Deadly Premonitions and beat it. It is an ….. interesting …. “trip”. It will take some time and for the last part it seems the developers had either taken to many or not enough drugs. Well, all this depends on your ability to get the game actually running ^^
If it’s under 4 hours you can usually assume it’s idled. There’s even some games that took 7 hours to idle all games out of it! D:
I’ve added Deadly Premonitions to my list though! :)
Oh my glob I absolutely loved this cat for motivation. It reminds me of this horse.
And as for the game suggestion, you have quite a number of untouched gems but, for your sake, I’ll recommend you one that’s fun and quick to both beat and complete. I recommend you Year Walk.
OMG, That horse! Wow! It does look kinda similar :3
I should throw something different in the mix of suggestions, so I’m going to give a shout out to Burnout Paradise, even though I don’t know your opinion about racing games. I played it earlier this year and I was happy to see that the game still had some of the old Burnout spirit, even though Paradise is quite different compared to the older ones with its open-world style. Racing games ofcourse tend to get repetitive, but for occasional gameplay sessions it’s a lot of fun. The game goes nuts with the speeds of the faster cars, though, but that’s part of what makes it a Burnout game. :)
I’ve actually played this game quite a bit. It’s one of the only pc racing games that I’ve played. It’s quite a nice game, but I do wonder… When can I mark this as “beat”? I mean.. I’m not an achievement hunter, so I’m not going to be going for the 100%, so when is it “done”?
I’ve added it to the list though. I hope you’ve answered by the time I get to it :3
I think the credits rolled after reaching the Burnout License. My playtime in total is about 12 hours, but it took me about 10 hours to beat the main game. Every time you get a new license, the event results reset so you can win events again for your license. This is where I noticed that the game gets repetitive if you choose the same events and drive the same roads over and over. I recommend cruising around a bit and search for new routes. :)
I think you should try Cook, Serve, Delicious!
BioShock (the first one), it’s an amazing game and in my personal top five ^^ I have no idea how you got stuck in this game though :p
It seems I got stuck very early on in the game (twice). Twice have I gotten to the point where you get the fire skill and then I was just running around trying to figure out where to go. Apparantly you had to use the flame attack on some ice-wall to proceed. Never figured that out before! facepalms. Anyways, I’ve beat it Bioshock (1) now. It was the first suggestion I got here! :3
Oh, that makes sense, I thought you didn’t have to do that area, but I could be mistaken. I hope you enjoyed the game and congrats on finishing it!
Wallace & Gromit Ep 1: Fright of the Bumblebees
It’s an older game by Telltale. Quite short & easy, and once beaten, you’ll be able to brag about having played a game that people can’t get anymore!
What about bioshock? :3 (I was gonna say Xcom2 but i’m confused how far you are through the game since you have quite some playtime on it)
Also, super cute kitty pets
Which one? :3
I’ve finished Bioshock Infinite. Played both the first and second, but got stuck at some point and just… Stopped playing then.
As for Xcom2, I did play it. I’ve almost finished it, but the game bugged out at the last mission (It just won’t give start the last mission, I just get a random other mission every time I start the last mission. I’ve tried verifying cache, reinstalling game, everything. Seems my save is just bugged. Very annoying.
Oh if you’ve already played the 2 firsts and finished infinite… I’m changing my pick to Transistor. Since you have no cheevos on it I assume you haven’t played it? (Or am i wrong again and i should pick something else?)
Corrupted saves are hell, especially for long games. It happened to me a few times but the most frustrating was assassin’s creed on 360. My save got stuck in a bug (was standing on a roof but impossible to move except rotating) just before the end of the last mission of the game. This first one was so repetitive i never had the courage to replay it and finish the game :(
Well, I’ve played them both, but never got past about 25% into the storyline of the both of them. I could play them. What would you suggest? Go for one of the 2 bioshocks and actually finish them, or go for Transistor?
As for Transistor, I have tried it, but at the time I didn’t feel well and I felt nauseous while playing it, after that I kind of just never started it again. So I could totally give it another shot :)
Oh if you haven’t passed 25% of the story on bioshock, then go for the first one. Transistor seems great from all i’ve read, but i haven’t played it myself yet.
Beat it! :3
Ok will do :)
D:
But… But…..
I beat it! D:
