Quick Winter Sale 2017 update
Click here to jump to the next update
Progress post for December will be released around weekend. If I will manage to beat Seasons after fall.
1. Games I get as gifts. Thanks again you terrible hoomans :33: Sadly DLC for SteamWorld Heist can't be listed as nice image here.
2. Games I bought myself. I hope I will be able to beat them to next winter sale xD. I will grab Quantum Break from current monthly as well, and bought Season Pass for Deus Ex separately.
-
Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000
-
Dark Messiah of Might & Magic
-
Styx: Master of Shadows
-
Valley
-
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
-
Stories: The Path of Destinies
-
Earthlock: Festival of Magic
And extra category for games I played recently, but dropped and won't force myself to beat them.
Valley is a great game. I didn’t go for 100% and finished it in 4h. Awesome screenshot-material and a peaceful game.
Added Milkmaid to my wishlist the other day. Looks cool.
btw. also finished seasons after fall :D
Looks like I need to beat this game as well :notlikeblob:
Milkmaid is nice. There aren’t any “omg what do I have to do with this bucket” moments, or collecting tons of junk in inventory. But there are 2 lame action/timed moments.
So many new games! When are you ever going to find the time to play them all?
Metal Gear might be worth picking up again if you ever get a gamepad. It’s not a game that’s fun to play with mouse & keyboard…
I dunno, I may take break from the internet for like a month and enjoy playing in all those amazing Single Player games :blobsip:
Yeah, I think it’s better with gamepad. It was bad playing it with K + M. I could play it, but sequences where you need to use blade mode were bad.
Valley is awesome. And it’s relatively short & easy to beat, definitely you’ll make it in before next winter sale ;) Dex is awesome too ^_^ Earthlock is quite nice if you like classic turn based jRPG, but it’s getting a remake with new content added, that owners of Festival of Magic will get for free, so I guess you can wait and play the new version instead.
VtM Bloodlines was quite good representation of the narrative game, and a solid RPG overall, but now I’m betting it will be severely dated. Be sure to install all the fan fixes & patches. And have fun gaming in 2018! :D
Yeah, I bought it now knowing it will be remastered. So I will wait till it happens with playing :D I was afraid they will rise price later and / or not give such big discounts.
I heard a lot good things about VtM. I will install community patches and enjoy, as I love good RPGs. It’s my no.1 on the list ; D So mechanics may be little dated, I still like to play in KOTOR albeit it’s mechanic is really dated.
Grim Fandango at 37 of 47 achievements? You are surely almost there :#
Nah. There is no auto-save feature in this game, and I encountered game-breaking bug that messed my current save. Previous save is like 5 hours before that. And I won’t replay 5h of game because of this.
I have better games to beat :P And srsly, devs should fix bug that kills save point in remastered game. Esp that this bug was known years before remastered version was released.
I just finished Seasons! Ask me anything!
How to beat it :notlikeblob:
I’m again in this shitty swamp area and again need to use video tutorial to beat it. God, games without map are so bad…
Or you can just spend five hours checking each part of the map whenever you don’t know where you’re supposed to go!
Pls no.
I beat this game already, but when I noticed I need to activate altar that’s in my favorite part of the map - I wanted to close game and never go back to it xD
What is your favorite pizza topping?
Pizza is not pizza if it doesn’t have mushroom, so I guess I’ll have to say….
Mushroom!
